Erin’s love of movement was unlocked through her participation in dance classes starting at the young age of four years old. She has trained in jazz (ISTD), tap (ISTD), musical theatre, ballet, pointe, pas de deux, contemporary, modern, and hip hop at competitive levels. As a solo dance artist, she was the recipient of multiple awards and represented her local festivals at the annual BC provincial festivals in both stage and modern dance categories. Erin continued her training in dance, acting and voice at the Canadian College of Performing Arts, receiving a diploma in performing arts.
Erin believes in the importance of storytelling through dance, movement, and the connection between artist and audience. This belief stemmed into her desire to create her own choreography and lead her into the roles of movement director and choreographer for film & TV. Most recently seen in the Barbie universe’s My First Barbie: Happy Dream House Special (MATTEL INC. + KICKSTART ENTERTAINMENT) and Isabel & Nicki’s Super Duper Twin Adventures TV series (MATTEL INC.) - The first ever 2D animated series for the American Girl Doll franchise.
